Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover where available. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on your location, device, and card issuer, additional Stripe-supported payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link may also be available at checkout.

We do not accept cash, checks, bank transfers, or payment after arrival at the attraction.

Payment Security

Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. Via Nova Tours does not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely by our payment provider.

Charges and Currency

The total amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged by Via Nova Tours for the booking facilitation service and related tickets. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or other cardholder fees.

Billing Descriptor

Charges may appear on your statement as Via Nova Tours, Blue Muse LLC, Stripe, or a related payment descriptor used by our processor.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your booking is not confirmed. Please check your card details, contact your bank, or try another accepted payment method.
